Maria Ortega is currently the President of the Albert Einstein Academies (AEA) Board of Trustees and has served in various capacities as a volunteer at AEA over the past 20 years. She also serves on the Board of another San Diego charter organization, is a Chief Compliance Officer for a scientific research organization, and is a full-time mom.
