Why isn't my mindfulness practice stopping me from yelling at my kids? Many of my clients tell me they practice mindfulness every day and STILL they find themselves triggered or yelling at their spouse of child. To me that's not surprising because mindfulness - while beneficial on many levels - isn't the right tool to use in order to stop getting triggered.
