Mint Julip
2 1/2 oz bourbon
1/2-1 oz simple syrup
fresh mint

In a glass add simple syrup and mint then muddle together. Fill glass with crushed ice and add bourbon. Stir and throw some sprigs of mint on top to garnish. Best served in a metal cup.
