Peace comes and goes, but finding ways to create and maintain peace can help you to move through life more freely and joyously. 1. Find What Works For You: Peace takes on a different shape for everyone. For some it's a yoga or gym practice, for some it's sitting still in silence. 2. Surround Yourself: Surround yourself with peaceful thinking people and environments. Remove yourself from people and places who choose to remain in a chaotic or disturbing state of being.
3. Infuse Your Mind: Think of your mind as a magnet. If you think of blessings, you begin to attract blessings. If you think of chaos, you begin to attract chaos. Finding ways to cultivate peaceful and positive thoughts can help you to remain peaceful.
