Petrea King joins Dr Ron and Dr Michelle to talk about the importance of our mental attitude to our overall health and particularly how resilience can be built when we are faced with life threatening diseases.
Petrea discusses her own personal journey, an inspiring story as she faced her own life-threatening challenge almost 30 years ago. Since then, through her Quest for Life Foundation, she has helped thousands of people through their own trauma.
“I can’t change the Drama, the Disappointment, the Disaster, the Divorce, the Diagnosis, the Death, the Disfigurement, theDisability, the Drought, the Debt, the Downturn”; whatever it is, I can’t change the D. What I can change is who I’m going to be in relationship to that D." ~ Petrea King
