In a perfect world, we would always sync our schedules to complement our fluctuating hormones by planning activities that require more extroverted energy for the follicular and ovulatory phases and fewer social events during the luteal and menstrual phases. However, that isn't always possible. We are still living in a man's world, and until women's hormones are acknowledged and honored by both men and women, here are some coping tools to help you make the most of your luteal phase when your schedule doesn't allow for a lot of flexibility.
