This week Carly & Hannah sit down with one of Carly’s very first mentors and employers. Stacie Cratty taught Hannah as a young dancer, and gave Carly her very first teaching gig. Stacie, a mother of 2, has been a public school dance teacher, a studio owner, competitive dancer/teacher, professional dancer, and taught in the private sector. With her wide range of expertise and experiences the 3 women discuss the positive impact of processed based learning, trusting young people with big responsibilities, the challenges of being both a teacher and a parent.
