From a Biblical Worldview, we look at leadership opportunities as opportunities to glorify God and to introduce people to Jesus. This in mind, every leadership opportunity presents an important platform. At the same time, there is an enemy that is seeking to defame and destroy anything or anyone that may cause the fallen world to encounter the risen Savior. I think it is safe to assume that as your influence grows so does the target on your back spiritually speaking.
