As a dreamer and visionary, Steve wasn’t done making moves. With the help of his wife, Kathy, they created Burgess Family Sugarhouse and began tapping trees on their 80 acres in the Duluth, Minnesota region. Due to success and demand of their side hobby, it turned into a thriving family business, and they share the tricks of the trade about tapping and the pure maple syrup making process.
