In the development of any state, there can be a division of ideologies that can strain international relations, where nations will rise against nations. We should strive to become a Global Village, and ultimately a Global Family. “The political or administrative form of a government is of little consequence provided it affords the essentials of civil progress—liberty, security, education, and social co-ordination.”
