Approximately 70-80% of women will experience what is known as Postpartum Blues, and 10-20% of women will experience Postpartum Depression (PPD). What’s even more alarming than those statistics, is that you don’t know who will get it, or when it will come. In this episode, I explain more of what characterizes them, what causes them, and paint a picture of the struggle to help you better understand.
