Lot's Wife looked back when God told the family to leave the city of Sodom and Gomorrah because God was going to destroy the city of wickedness and he wanted to make sure the righteous people were safe.  Because of her disobedience she was turned into a pillar of salt.  Her heart was still in Sodom and God gave her the desire of her heart.  He left her there right where she wanted to be.  And that is what God will do with our desires whether the are obedient or otherwise, he will give us our hearts desire.  I urge you to be the salt of the world but don't be salty!!
