Depression. I've struggled with it for much of my adult life. It sucks. It sucks the life out of you. And it can be insidious, coiling its tendrils around your heart and soul and dragging you toward the darkness.

But you don't have to let it happen. You can choose to fight, to get help, and to turn things around. I know because I did all those things, and while I still struggle at times, I've learned to not let my negative emotions, my failures, my struggles, define me.

I get pretty real in this episode and open up a lot on my history. But I also talk about my work to get out of it.
