I understand how difficult it may be for you to ask for help, as you have probably been raised to be independent, do everything yourself and don't ask for help..... but, in a lot of instances you need and should ask for help.

Stay in your strengths and outsource what you need guidance and help with, so that you don't stay stuck, stagnant or tread water.

You can progress, move forward and not stay in the perfectionism or comparing of things. You've got this!
