This program will discuss the nearly complete transformation of our Constitutional Republic into an oligarchy of judges who happen to be members of the Supreme Court. During this program, I will comment on the subversion of the US by the instructors in our law schools who engender a contempt for the foundational principles of our society in their students, and what is worse, identify, and screen out, students who continue to hold and revere the truth and the foundation principles of the US. Thus, the pool of lawyers from which judges at the local, state, and federal level will be totally populated with those who hate our Constitutional liberties, our free enterprise economy, and our national sovereignty, and whose only ethical principles are ego and greed. Specifically, I will be commenting on an article entitled “Give me liberty and give you death,” written by ANDREW KOPPELMAN, which appeared in thehill.com on December 19, 2021. The Hill is a left-wing publication that has a low regard for the sovereignty of the US and for Biblical ethics.
The program title, Liberty and Posterity, comes from the US Constitution, the preamble of which states that one of the reasons for writing and ratifying the Constitution was to “secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity,” our posterity being our children and descendants not yet born. As a reminder, on the Liberty and Posterity program, we view all events and activities in relation to reality, truth, and Biblical morality, the same principles stated in the first sentence of the Declaration of Independence that entitle the United States to be separate from, and equal to, other nations: The Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. The Laws of Nature are the physical laws by which the physical universe operates (also called reality and truth), and the Laws of Nature’s God are the moral laws of God as specified in the Bible. If you have a problem with that, the problem is on your end, not ours.
We need to select judges in accordance with the principles that Moses’ father-in-law, Jethro gave Moses to us when selecting judges to rule the Israelites: Exodus 18:21 “thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness.” Unfortunately, our society is filled with mockers and scoffers, pathological liars, and covetous and materialistic individuals, so it’s not surprising that our government, military, academia, and news and entertainment media is infested with these types. If we are to have a God-fearing government, we need to be a God-fearing people. Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
If the pool of potential judges, our law school graduates, believe it is acceptable to lie and slander like their instructors do, our next generation of judges will be mockers and scoffers, and our society will have degenerated to that described in Isaiah 59:14 "And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter."
To restore our Republic, we need to return to original principles and inculcate them into our next generation. Per James Madison, Fourth President of the United States and one of the authors of the US Constitution: “The future and success of America is not in this Constitution, but in the laws of God upon which this Constitution is founded.”
Five people died during the January 6, 2021 demonstration at the US Capitol, but the only two deaths by violence were that of Ashli Babbitt, callously shot by a Capitol Police Officer, and Rosanne Boyland, who appears to have been savagely and sadistically kicked to death by Capitol Police Officers. Never forget Ashli Babbitt and Rosanne Boyland.
