Jeff Natalizio is the National Coach for Evolution Racing Club in South Orange County, California. He also runs his own business (Zio Fit) training athletes to master longevity and unlock their full potential.
As an athlete, he swam for the University of California. Jeff is clearly a disciple of the late, great Nort Thornton, as you will see and hear in this interview.
