Selina McCloskey recently completed her Bachelor of Business, majoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, at the University of Newcastle, graduating with a double distinction. As Miss International Australia, she is using her platform to support United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #5, advocating for gender equality and empowering women and girls.

Selina has been partnering with and volunteering for organizations like Dress for Success, which helps women enter the workforce by providing sustainable styling, resume reviews, and interview preparation. She reflects that while she aimed to make a difference in their lives, the experience has profoundly impacted her as well.

This year has been especially exciting, as her partner represented Australia in sailing at the Olympics, and Selina is also fulfilling her own dream of proudly representing Australia.
