Sometimes we get in our own head and we need to take our own advice. This week I share some insight into a recent experience I had feeling guilty, like I had let my family and co-workers down. I let myself sit in that for a minute until I remembered something.

Remember, it's OK for your priorities to change and it's OK to realize that you cannot be everything to everyone all the time. Something's gotta give and sometimes that means even the most important people and things in your world have to sit on the back burner for a bit.
