Miranda is a highly skilled and experienced educational practitioner, having worked with various industries to provide leadership insight on educational and professional growth. An expert in Instructional and Curriculum Design, Miranda has worked with executives and leaders to identify end user needs and develop and deliver programs that foster a shift in teaching, learning and awareness.
Miranda has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 winner in 2017 for outstanding ability to work with people in creating connections and create life changing programs that have had an impact on growth and development. She has been an entrepreneur for the past decade, growing her portfolio to include working with organizations in an array of industries including the private and public sectors, as well as mining industries, health care, Indigenous communities, and many others.
Miranda’s strengths are found in her ability to connect with people at a profound level. This enables her to best identify people’s needs and create educational and training content that can close the gaps in teaching and learning within any industry and create opportunities for people to learn and grow. She has worked with organizations to revise current curricula and programs in order to meet the end user’s needs with the development of content that is interactive and fosters a connection with the participants. She has revised national programs while working with diverse and multidisciplinary teams to achieve great success. She has developed and delivered leadership programs that have fostered a great impact on leaders and managers to further foster a shift in their abilities to connect with their employees.
Miranda works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in any industry to develop content that can be compelling, engendering and effective in fostering a shift in paradigms, behaviours and outcomes.
