“We don’t give ourselves enough credit for being strong enough to get through the things we’ve been through”

We welcome hype women and self love advocate, Lauren Taylor on today's episode and it was something we both desperately needed.  Have you ever compared yourself to others, been down on your self for any reason, felt not good enough, not pretty enough or just all around down in the dumps?  We’ve all been there but Lauren has picked herself up and learned to love herself completely from the inside out & YOU CAN TOO.  This episode was so insightful and really got us thinking about how we view ourselves.  Lauren gives amazing tips and tricks on how she’s able to look at herself and her surroundings with positivity and appreciate life for all it has to offer.  Emotions are scary, being vulnerable is scary, failure is scary, but all the negativity in your life can be seen through a different lens if we give ourselves the time and energy to be confident, loving and easy on ourselves - we deserve it ya’ll.  Whatever gender you identify as - YOU. ARE. ENOUGH (say it louder for the people in the back)…you are worth more than you can imagine and are capable of being the best version of yourself possible.  Allow Lauren to take you on a journey of self idolization and give you the tools needed to accept the love you deserve from others around you, but most importantly YOURSELF.  We hope your journey is as beautiful as ours. xo
