Today we are digging into the importance of habits and understanding how our habits create the lives we live. This thought came to me during my morning walk, which is a habit that I have been building through all of 2020. In January I set myself a goal that I would set time and do an intentional walk for at least a mile. This weekend while on my walk I realized how much this habit has transformed the rest of my life and changed other bad habits in my life to good habits.
