This week on What the Chel, I’m chatting with Lauren Shoss, co-founder of Zhilkin’s Vision, a non-profit focusing on mental health for athletes. Lauren co-founded the nonprofit with her boyfriend, Danny Zhilkin, who is signed with the Winnipeg Jets and playing for the AHL’s Manitoba Moose.
