Taylos talks to us about having a coach, do you have a personal coach?

In the sporting world, all elite athletes have a personal coach. It allows them to have someone take an outside look at we're doing and provide expert guidance as to what we're doing and what we could be doing better.

Taylos illustrates his own experience with his recreational ski racing. One day, he was in a coaching clinic, where the coach hi lighted where he could improve his turning technique.

When he turned, it was suggested that he lean his knees into his ski pole. This one bit of coaching blew Taylos away and transformed the way he skied, giving him more control, making the turn smoother and therefore skiing faster through the turns.
