28 | How to start saying no more

This episode is aimed at any fellow people pleasers who find it difficult to say no, or to express your true opinion.

I share some examples of when I see it happening, small and big. I share why we do it - not wanting to cause hassle or inconvenience. And I also share three simple steps we can take in order to get used to saying no more:

1. Start small - request the drink that you really want even if it is different to everyone else's.

2. Become curious about situations where you recognise this happening.

3. Talk about it in order to reach a compromise rather than going along with what other people want all of the time.
