On this episode we get into some more vulnerable conversation.  We start with 'Why do hurt people hurt people?' (0:00) - They didn't care about mine so why should I care about yours? 
We then get straight into it. Discussing mental health and our mental spaces, going into all of it: from medication, therapy,  to delaying gratification. (14:00) A bit heavy but super useful conversations to have.
