Jessica is the Director of the Headwaters Institute, and the Director of Community Engagement at Headwaters Realty. In 2019 she launched the Water Conservation Program which is expanding to include Rain Barrel Workshops, Rain Garden Workshops, and classes on Rainwater Harvesting 101 for residential properties.
