In this episode, our very own Chelsea Cashiola brings on her long-time friend, Katie Crombe. Katie has been struggling with Anorexia for most of her life and was brave enough to come on our show to talk about the stigma that she and those struggling with eating disorders all over the world endure. Thanks to a strong support system, and under the supervision from a Dietician, Katie is living a fulfilling life and for the first time ever is ready to share her story publicly. We talk about how education is the focal point upon which the stigmas can be broken surrounding eating disorders. Katie even gives some of her own tips on what helped her through her own battles.
