Leading yourself with love might sound difficult when you're not where you want to be, or think you should be; but it's truly THE way to get to where we are going. Criticism can bring us into our fight/flight/freeze response, and is counterproductive in accessing the most capable version of us (which is required for our biggest goals). As we grow, it's crucial that our capacity to feel and express love (for ourselves and others) grows with us, in order to access our most possibility-oriented, abundant life, and experience.
