In order to better ourselves, it often looks like us letting go of an unhealthy habit, an on-going addiction, and/or negative coping mechanisms. If you always set a goal to give-up or quit something, it's going to happen gradually and I don't want you to give up trying. Let's touch on some ways we can improve our mindset during this season of change and love who we get to become in this process.
