We discuss how American Sign Language was not her first choice in teaching out of college but how it found her. We also talk about what it was like growing up as a CODA (Child of Deaf Adult) with both of her parents deaf. She brings us great perspectives on what her life has been like so far and how she now claims Tennessee as her new home.
