What does the power of God look like? As we see God revealed throughout His Word, we see a God who is all-powerful, One who can do all things, One for whom there is nothing too difficult. So, for what does He use His power? The "weakness" of God is us, so to speak. He has done and continues to do everything in His mighty power to save us, to redeem us, to set us free to be all He created us to be, to reconcile us to Himself, His children, who are created in His likeness and for His glory. The power of God does what we cannot do! In turn our greatest power and privilege is to surrender to the love of God. God is love. Love is the greatest power in all creation and in forever. Verse 8 in 1 Corinthians 13 remind us, Love never fails.
