This week, we rebroadcast our episode about sports gambling in Kentucky, five months after the Supreme Court decision. Since this episode, Kentucky has moved towards legalizing the practice with multiple bills at various points in the legislative process.

The federal ban on sports gambling is now UNCONSTITUTIONAL, meaning it's up to the states to decide if people should be able to bet on games within their borders. Kentucky is set up perfectly to benefit, but only if the state government decides to make it legal. Nate and Evan go in depth about the potential opportunities Kentucky has in the near future.
