Welcome back, listeners! We are glad to have you part of our new series Searching for Truth. We are never done searching for the fullness of the goodness of God, but when we encounter Perfect Love our truth gets put to the test and is proved limited. 

Laura & Tara share another phenomenal two-part conversation with a beautiful woman named, Sue Christie. This first episode sets the stage for how the truth of the Kingdom of God as well as the facts of this broken world compete for our lives. I often say, ‘It’s a game of tug of war and we are not holding the rope.’ There is a spiritual battle for our eternal lives as well as the abundant life with Jesus right now. 

Sue has spent years vulnerably sharing her testimony to reach as many people as possible around the world to hear the loving truth of who God is no matter what and even if.

The Wheel of Fear: Tara’s back in the hot seat this week. She reports how it went to blow the dust off her book proposal for potential literary agents. She completed her manuscript a year ago and began writing the book proposal as well, but hasn’t worked on it since. Tara is eager to get this story of her 2008 home invasion into the hands of readers, yet not through self-publishing route (which means she could have had it published last summer through Amazon). She feels God’s leading to use professionals from a publishing company to help share this beautiful story of redemption.
