We’re still locked up in coronavirus quarantine. Show of hands, gents: Who’s bored? Who’s lonely? Who’s horny? Who’s frustrated that they can’t go out and get laid?! Who’s bored and lonely and horny and frustrated – and procrastinating with a whole lotta porn right now?

Yep! I just went there. I’m asking the personal questions this week, guys, cause let’s face it – the most intimate parts of our lives are expressed within our homes, behind closed doors. 

If you’re bored and lonely, you may also be procrastinating and escaping the confines of reality with, like, a lot more porn use. In fact, PornHub reported an 11.6% spike in traffic in March (shocker, I know).

So, while these “uncertain times” are throwing a monkey wrench into your erm, ‘action plans’ at the moment, now might actually be the best time to lean into celibacy, if you've ever thought about giving up the ghost for a while.  I want to help keep you guys on track with your productivity, personal and relationship goals while, especially while you’re stuck at home and can’t reach out and touch someone.

What it is, what it entails, and why you might choose to really lean into it – to welcome it – instead of perhaps begrudgingly deal with it.
