Joining me on the show is Barrington Anthony Reeves, he is the director of a Charitable Organisation in UK called Sowing Seeds. His organization works with men and fathers, encouraging them to express themselves emotionally and spiritually by planting new ideas, thoughts and behaviours which promote exploration and positive change.

As men, we need to focus on the inward part of our being to have a greater understanding of ourselves and create a significant impact on our family, friends, and community.
