I wanted to create an episode geared towards helping the beautiful community that supports this podcast, so for this week's episode, I decided to share a few tips and tricks for when you decide to embrace the paranormal world. I answered questions such as, how to get a spirit guide or animal to come into your life, whether music can help them come to you, why sometimes we get the weirdest messages and what they mean, and even shared some of my personal deep breathing and meditation steps.
