For our return episode, we sat down our friend Donny Villanueva. He is a Gracie BJJ black belt and also has a great relationship with the current UFC World Champion, Julianna Peña. He actively trains and coaches jiujitsu for at One Fitness Center in Elgin, IL. Donny is a man of many talents and we were blessed to learn more about him and the history of the sport he loves.
