Emma Burton generously shares her personal journey of growing up having a very poor body image, to realizing she had body dysmorphia, and discovering yoga and presence as a healing tool as a young adult. She is beautifully honest about her struggles, about her motives for change, and how she's arrived where she is today as a confident mentor, teacher, and author.

Emma is an established yoga teacher and Wellness coach, who loves to help people feel good and make positive changes in their lives.

She is a country girl at heart, loving walking in the Shropshire hills spending time with her family. Some of her favorite pass-times are watching her sons play sports, snowboarding, horse riding or just looking a the beautiful view from her garden.
