#28 What are you meant to create?

Listen Later

Do you feel called to create something, but have some story that you've told yourself about why you can't? There are many excuses to not do something, but are you willing to look at why you're resistant? We all have some aspect of ourselves that we hide—that part of us that we are ashamed of or we don't think is good enough to show to the world. In this episode, I share an aspect of my shadow that I connected with in order to have the energy and confidence to create something new!

I have always been creative, but I haven't painted in years. I recently got a message from spirit that I'm meant to start a new project that would require that I bring the artist in me (and all of my art supplies) out of the closet. I share my experience with how I connected with this shadow aspect of myself, how I supported her to feel worthy, and how I took the leap into starting this new project. We are all creators—that's part of being human. Let yourself do that thing you've been putting off and see how your spirit evolves!

In this episode, I mention:

  • Adi Shakti by Ajeet Kaur.
  • Lacy Phillips' To Be Magnetic work. If you decide to do one of her programs, please use my referral link.
  • Sri Mati's (aka Julie Piatt) podcast For the Life of Me. I highly recommend listening to her past episodes and healing techniques.
  • Natalie Miles podcast episode with Corey Allen.
  • Yogi Bhajan's 5 Sutras of the Aquarian Age in episode 27.
  • Episode 18 with Dr. Peg Capers.
