They discuss finding intrinsic motivation, allowing dance to be a safe space for artistic expression, and body image. They also discuss how important it is to never stop asking hard questions.

Bio: Jesse Carrey is an actor, dancer, singer, choreographer, producer, and plant enthusiast living in Brooklyn, New York with his husband Stephen. He has performed commercially Off-Broadway in Attack of the Elvis Impersonators and on National Tour with Dirty Dancing, as well as at various regional theaters. Jesse is a co-founder of Rebis, an interactive theater company dedicated to deepening and audience's relationship to story through facilitated moments of connection. He is a lead actor in an immersive experience The Macallan manor that toured nine major cities last year. Jesse is currently developing an immersive outdoor dance experience with audio-technology for Governor's Island, and hosts The Intersection, an interdisciplinary jam of spoken word, improv dance, and music.
