Whiskey Sour
2 1/2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
egg white

Add all ingredients into a shaker without ice and shake (dry shake). Proceed to fill shaker with ice and aggressively shake for 30-45 seconds. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a few splashes of aromatic bitters.
