Here we are! The first episode of 2025. Wow, I cannot believe we are a quarter through the century. We are starting the year off with a bang and having both kids get a necessary dental procedure out of the way. When i planned it, I went through a thought process (a decision-making framework)  that helped me figure out what I needed to make it work. Self-awareness, self-development, self-understanding… whatever you want to call it is critical in making decisions. I want to encourage you today to commit to yourself that in 2025, you will understand your uniqueness more deeply. It starts with getting a baseline of where you are. In today’s episode, I will introduce you to some questions that will help you start the process! Let’s do this!
