Second, if available, let our interpretation be informed by any relevant teaching or prophetic scripture explaining or foretelling the event(s)…

Third, recognize (and question if necessary) the influence that popular or common interpretations and theological explanations have on our beliefs…

Finally, don’t fall into the trap of finalizing what you ‘believe’ without actually asking God! After all, He IS with us, He loves & speaks to us, and He was there!
