Eric Roza has been the CEO of CrossFit since the late summer of 2020. Today, in an internal statement, it was announced he would be shifting from his position as CEO to the chairman of the board for the business. The statement claims this was the long-term plan for Eric's place in the company but was accelerated as a result of his three-month absence sighting mental health reasons. They conclude the statement by saying that the search for the new CEO is still on going.
