This week's episode features Bert Sorin! Bert is another one of those people that a year ago I would not have believed that Id be able to bend his ear a bit.

Bert is the co-owner and President of Sorinex Exercise Equptment, he's an outdoorsman, a former collegiate thrower, and most importantly he's a son, father, and husband.

In this episode Bert and I touch on just about all those things. With someone with such eclectic interests as Bert, I knew it would be a disservice to you guys if we didn't at least touch on his many passions.
