In this episode, we were joined by a life transformer and the host of SOULcleanse, Dylan Bowman. There's so much vulnerability in this episode, but also we had fun sharing our experiences, thoughts and opinions. We chatted about what it is like to be a woman and a mom, embracing and celebrating being feminine, moving through pain, triggers, self-love, and so much more.
Dylan Bowman has been training clients for over 13 years after receiving her personal training certification from the National Personal Training Institute in 2008. Next, she was certified in massage, yoga-training with specialization in yin-style, meditation, and reiki level 1 and 2 will be going for reiki master. She trained in SRI while working for a Network Spinal Analysis office. This inspired her to create her own breathwork influenced by SRI. Everything she did assisted in expanding my intuition to connect better with humans.
