Happy Frontier Days!  This week we interview Rebecca Minyard, Program Director of Kinship Support Services and Self-Sufficiency with Community Action of Laramie County (CALC).  Rebecca walks us through Community Action's origins as well as her work with Project Hope and Kinship Support Services at CALC.  She also explains the various housing, case management, healthcare and rental assistance programs CALC administers to help people get back on their feet.
