Welcome in beautiful!  On todays show I speak to the beautiful Kelly Ryan,  self proclaimed Nerd mom and founder of Nerd Mom Nutrition.  Kelly is busy helping nerd moms with young children who want the energy to love life and ditch the mommy guilt.

I love this, we are all nerds and want to be superheros to our kiddos.  Kelly talks about how she found herself so exhausted and overwhelmed that one day as she yelled at her kids and they started crying she sat down and said, this is not OK and not what being a mom was supposed to be like.  She felt guilty.  A line in the sand was drawn at that point and she talks about how she knew she had to get her life back not only for herself but for her kids.

So she decided to go back to the drawing board and look at everything from her diet, lifestyle and mindset. After making some changes she startied to feel much happier, more energetic and more like her wonderful nerdy quirky self!  There is no need for suffering, there is usually a solution. Many times food, mindset and lifestyle changes can help. Kelly's goal is to help as many busy nerd moms as possible get the energy to love life and ditch the mommy guilt just like she did. Look ladies and gents, we all feel it, we all have that mommy guilt or parent guilt, but take a step back and look at where you feel that guilt, are you taking care of you?
