We be werking on our fitness in this episode.  If there are two people who know next to nothing about how to workout properly - it’s us!  We talk about our bad habits and are very honest in what we’ve been through and where we are with our fitness today.  Coach Matt, a professional lacrosse player and fitness trainer from Innovative Fitness joins us in this episode to help us get on the right track to reach our fitness goals.   Something to keep in mind when beginning to think about your goals, is to be as specific as possible, this will help your trainer, and you, create the best road to success. What is health?  What does it mean to be fit?  Whatever your answer is, Matt is here to help you reach those in the healthiest way possible.  Every BODY is different, everyone’s goals, commitments and abilities are different, so it’s important to find someone who is able to create a specialized training program that will work for you.  Some topics covered in this episode include: working out during pregnancy, where to start when beginning to workout, the hard truth about losing weight, the fat burning zone as well as the dos and don’ts when you’re working with a fitness instructor..  Being in a gym setting or in front of a personal trainer can be daunting but personal training is just that - personal.  It is tailored completely to you with all your goals, strengths and weaknesses in mind.  Many realizations were had in this episode and we just scratched the surface!
