There is certainly both an art and a science to program design for strength training - both halves may seem complex, but they don't have to be confusing.


Today, I want to share a 6-step framework that you can use to write your own workout program that suits your lifestyle and matches your goals. It's the same basic outline that I use when writing custom programs for my 1:1 online coaching clients.
